Inou-Chujiro can be found in the historic district of Sawara, offering a unique vantage point looking over the storied Ono River and surrounding townscape. The focus here is serving locally and sustainably produced goods, most notably cheese and beer. Step inside its wooden storefront to enjoy their in-house Koedo Sawara Beer along with a light meal of pizza or grilled dishes made with local vegetables and meat. By utilizing once-abandoned local farmland, they are able to produce the raw materials for beer. They also produce cheese from the milk of cows which are fed leftover materials generated during the beer production process.
