While ramen gets a lot of international attention for its flashy taste and appearance, the king of Japanese noodles has always been soba (buckwheat noodles). Here at Satoyama, a rare breed of buckwheat from Chiba is used to give the noodles an unparalleled texture and flavor. Additionally, Satoyama offers a class where you can try making, and of course, eating your own soba noodles, with the option of a longer, ten-session course to bring you up to the level of amateur soba maker!
